Marijan Beneš' paternal ancestry was Czech not Croat

edit

Can people stop writing that his father Josip was a Croat when he clearly was not. His father was a member of the strongly influential Czech minority living in Belgrade, Serbia, and he had nothing to do with Croatia or Croats. Just because he was a Catholic does not mean that he was Croat.

The Beneš surname is Czech. 101.115.203.101 (talk) 11:34, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Could you kindly provide any sources to support that claim? — Sadko (words are wind) 11:28, 4 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
