Notability Question

I am of the view that a Companion of the Order of the Bath is sufficient for notability. It is one of the most senior orders of chivalry - a CB ranks more highly (for example) than a CBE - and there are just 2,000 people of this rank. Furthermore, she was a Director-General in the UK Civil Service, which is one level below Permanent Secretary, which is very senior indeed and makes her one of the most senior female civil servants. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Imperial12345 (talk • contribs) 22:31, 23 December 2018 (UTC)
I would also add that she was a direct report of the Permanent Secretary (i.e. Head) of the largest government department in the UK civil service, which has 104,000 employees (in 2013). There are many executives/officials on Wikipedia included where this achievement is much less. This is before you get on to the fact that she is a Companion of the Bath, one of only 1,950. - Unsure about this one. I think I agree that the CB and the Director-Generalship make her notable, but the coverage is very sparse, and I can't find anything to add. Tacyarg (talk) 16:41, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
