Copyright problem
editHi, MFJE! I'm afraid that you may not have fully grasped the nature of the problem here. It is true that when you post content on Wikipedia, you irretrievably release that content under a Creative Commons licence. But that applies to content you have written yourself, not to content from other sources. The problem with this page is that it is copied from here, which carries a clear copyright notice "© 2010-12 Moscow State Conservatory, all rights reserved". For it to be permissible here we would need to receive permission from the Conservatory; you can find instructions for that in the middle of the template, below where it says "Can you help resolve this issue?" (click the first "Show" on the right). But to be honest, there would be little point in doing this, as the text would anyway mostly need to be rewritten in the style and tone of a Wikipedia article (look at, say, E. Power Biggs or Ton Koopman for an idea of what we want here).
It seems possible that you have some personal or professional connection with the subject of the article. If so, you have what we call a conflict of interest, and are strongly discouraged from editing the article directly; you are more than welcome to post suggestions here, on this page, the talk page, at any time.
The article will remain blanked for at least 7 days now; please do not edit it in that time. If you do not have any connection with Tchebourkina you are welcome to start a rewrite (follow the link on the blanking template). If you do, please do not copy over any text from the previous version to the new one. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 20:27, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
The article "Marina Tchebourkina" was entirely rewritten yesterday.
Best regards.
