CrunchLabs
editIs there a way to add information on CrunchLabs? I am unable to edit the page as I am not an experienced editor. I would suggest adding the following, using the reference to Fast Company:
Rober is the co-founder of CrunchLabs, an educational technology company he launched in 2022. The company creates hands-on STEM learning experiences and subscription box services (CrunchLabs Build Box) that contain building projects and engineering challenges for kids.(https://www.fastcompany.com/90770755/mark-rober-crunchlabs-most-creative-people-2022) (https://www.boston.com/news/local-news/2023/06/01/mit-mark-rober-youtube-2023-commencement/) BConsEPL (talk) 20:54, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
I see that I needed to do more editing before being able to allowed this article. I went ahead and made the addition now. --BConsEPL (talk) 16:31, 8 September 2023 (UTC)

Add an image to the "Early Career (NASA)" section of Mark Rober at JPL showcasing the instrument which he designed. The said image can be extracted from his Youtube video "NASA's Curiosity landing- 1 of her creator's POV", seen at the timestamp 2:43. This edit is merely a request and if denied, shall be accepted. Gyan2008 (talk) 12:02, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
- Not done for now: We will need an image to be uploaded to Wikipedia first. Primefac (talk) 12:05, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
Religion
editRecently, CNMall41 reverted edits about Rober, with the claim that Rober's religion is not relevant for mentioning on his article. I'm not going to pursue this issue, but noting a conversation about it happened here: User talk:Seefooddiet#Mark Rober. seefooddiet (talk) 07:57, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- The discussion on your talk page was more about conduct which I think (maybe) we are now on the same page about. The relevant link for the religion is here as it was previously discussed regarding the same source used. --CNMall41 (talk) 08:05, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- For the record, I don't think this should be a settled issue and don't want this conversation to be used as precedent for anything. If I had the emotional energy I'd pursue this further, but man our conversation was unpleasant. seefooddiet (talk) 08:16, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- This is actually the talk page for the discussion on Mark Rober. If you feel the conversation was unpleasant, I would recommend going to WP:ANI, but trying to rehash it here isn't necessary. --CNMall41 (talk) 08:18, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- My addressing your behavior is relevant to why I'm not pursuing the issue, which is why I made that followup comment. It's relevant. seefooddiet (talk) 08:22, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what to say at this point. An editor's behavior is not relevant to whether content meets inclusion criteria so no, it is not relevant here. I will say that further WP:ASPERSIONS about my behavior will be addressed at ANI. I will ask you kindly to WP:DTS or take it to the noticeboard. --CNMall41 (talk) 08:27, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
- Enough. Discuss the raised question or leave the discussion. Content not conduct. Primefac (talk) 11:52, 20 August 2024 (UTC)

New Picture.
editI am donating a new picture of Mark Rober for his Wikipedia page. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mark_Rober_September_2024.jpg LKP2024 (talk) 02:33, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks @LKP2024! I assume you are the photographer and have happily licensed the image freely? If not you will have to verify the ownership through c:Commons:Volunteer Response Team (an email). Otherwise, I like the new photo but prefer the existing one as it has the workshop in the background. Commander Keane (talk) 04:02, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
- I think I am with you. I prefer the other background yet at the same time that one is five years older. Guess we can wait on the response. --CNMall41 (talk) 06:11, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
I am and have freely licensed it.--LKP2024 (talk) 06:44, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
- I added the image. --CNMall41 (talk) 21:16, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
