A fact from Mary Walker (rodeo) appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 4 July 2018 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Mary Walker overcame a tragedy and a serious injury to win the 2012 World Barrel Racing Championship?
The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association holds its finals, the National Finals Rodeo at the end of every year and elects champions in each of its events. Mary Walker is a World Barrel Racing Champion in 2012, so per this guideline she meets the definition.

SWP13 Just an explanation for the messaging on Webster and here. I'm just getting over an illness. Guess I'm not quite 100 percent. I had to go rest after writing that message in John Clarence Webster to you and the other editor. I wanted to write you here right away, but it didn't happen. Yesterday, you marked the WikiProject Women class for this article as a Start class article although it was a C. This article has been through a DYK review which is pretty stringent, not to mention it was one of four articles mentioned in a "Precious" award" I won. You can easily see the award on my User page. That should be all that needs said as to why Mary Walker is not a Start class article. For a more pertinent example, I used Webster. The article is not in bad shape that it is rates a Stub class. I only hoped to point you to the assessment table that should be used in every WikiProject in the future. I am not going to message you about it further or make adjustments in other articles; I leave it to your good judgment in the future. My only intention was to edify. I assume good faith WP:GOODFAITH in your intentions now and before. Although I am curious what you based your assessment on... dawnleelynn(talk)22:56, 5 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
