I feel this article could use a better general description than the one sentence it has now. I am not experienced enough to evaluate articles for creations, but I believe that upon review they're going to want a better one than what is there now. Maybe adding some information about what the Iranian government is looking for in their mass surveillance would be a good start. How are Iranians circumventing mass surveillance, if at all? How are other states and intergovernmental organizations (like the United Nations) reacting to it? What do the Iranians think of the surveillance?
