editI came to this article via the "random" button. Since the article needs cleanup, I did some; it also needs more sources, so I thought I'd go look for some ... and found that the majority of the text is swiped from here: http://www.legalserviceindia.com/articles/rape_laws.htm (search for "Mathura").
