“Both original and filk”
editBohnhoff also writes magic realism, nonfiction, and music—both original, and since the 1990's, filk—with her husband, which they also perform since 1979.

editFilk is not necessarily parody music, please change the paragraph quoted to whatever it is supposed to mean. - AVRS 10:24, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

- Well I'm certainly open to suggestions - genre? And if you can spare an opinion - do you think it's passed a "stub"?--Smkolins 19:09, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
- Well, now that I have all these dictionaries in StarDict, I'm sure “genre” in English and “жанр” in Russian work OK for filk, though I am not sure about parody, and Wikipedia doesn't define every possiblity (and doesn't say strictly that “style” is any different). Sorry, don't have an idea about “stub”, except that the article seems a bit long for a “stub”. - AVRS 08:51, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

Feminist and Religious Themes
editThis section really needs to be pulled out and expanded - it may be a consistent set of themes Bohnhoff uses across short and long works as well as her panel discussions. If more of that can be found it could lead easily to a whole section....--Smkolins 01:37, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
Personal Life
editI think the Personal Life section needs a major edit. It looks more like an unnecessary infodump than a serious discussion of the subject's history and motivations. Dan ad nauseam (talk) 03:47, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Details
editFannish details abound. a complete list of everything she has ever written is not appropriate here, unless there has been significant commentary on each item. she writes using a powerbook. well, thats impressive. most writers use a personal scribe, or dictate to the Akashic Record. I may try to trim this back a bit. does she have a single work worthy of an article?Mercurywoodrose (talk) 03:10, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

Bibliography
editI have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. Feel free to continue. Sunwin1960 (talk) 07:55, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
