editUnder the US Navy category: While there are some Supply Clerks ("SK") that are assigned to US Navy Hospitals and US Naval Medical Centers, the majority of the work done in the logistics department is done by Civil Service personnal (i.e., federal government employees that are not military) or by Hospital Corpsmen ("HM") (enlisted medical personnel of the Navy).
The Materials Management Department (MMD) (to give it it proper title) of a US Navy healthcare facility is usually headed by a medical department officer that holds his or her commission in the Medical Service Corp of the US Navy. In some cases the head of MMD may be a senior Civil Service employee.
Additionally, the enlisted Hospital Corpsmen and commissioned Medical Service Corps personnel are often ordered to perform medical logistics functions with and for the US Marine Corps as the Marines obtain their healthcare support from personnel of the Navy Medical Department.

editGood start RockyCoffee19, try to make the lead paragraph look more similar to an average Wiki article. For example, how ofter do you see a bullet list in a lead article? Not often so i would advise to take that part out. Also, some of your sentences seem to run on to each other so i would go back and maybe break them into smaller chunks, much easier to read/follow that way. Overall though, good work!
