• "There have been several attempts to build a railway line into southern Chita peninsula before World War II." Can you rewrite the sentence to state who tried to build the railway line?
• "For instance, Japan Governmental Railways attempted to extend the Taketoyo Line to Morozaki, Aichi Electric Railways (current Meitetsu) attempted to build a line to Utsumi, and local investors planned to build a light railway from Taketoyo in 1913." Were all three of these attempts in the same year? If not, please provide the dates for the construction plans by Japan Governmental Railways and Aichi Electric Railways.
