The protocol is strongly linked to the power station, and the sum of both articles would not be unreasonably lengthy. TigraanClick here for my talk page ("private" contact) 13:00, 8 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

I think it should be standalone because of linked material that would not fit in the station's article. Dege31 (talk) 16:56, 19 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I disagree, it can be merged as a section of the "History" heading, since it participates in the history of the power plant. It's a rather small article too (the Melk Protocol one), so it won't take much space. WiredAlexandria (talk) 21:22, 28 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Support merge The next-to-last paragraph of the History section even leads right up to a discussion of the Protocol: Large grassroots civil disobedience actions took place in 1996 and 1997. These were organized by the so-called Clean Energy Brigades. In September and October 2000, Austrian anti-nuclear protesters demonstrated against the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant and at one stage temporarily blocked all 26 border crossings between Austria and the Czech Republic.
