It's a Spanish film name, not released in English, and so CAPTAIN MEDUSA you've now made the title incorrect. It's "Mi amigo Hugo", and unless it gets released with a capital "A" at some point, you're breaking Spanish. Don't capitalise titles at all because of rules of the language.
