How to change photo respecting wikipedia rules

edit

Dear all,

How to remove a photo from a wikipedia page ?

Michale Boganim from "Tel Aviv Beirut" at Red Carpet of the Tokyo International Film Festival 2022 (52461587778).jpg = https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Michale_Boganim_from_%22Tel_Aviv_Beirut%22_at_Red_Carpet_of_the_Tokyo_International_Film_Festival_2022_(52461587778).jpg

The director Michale Boganim told me she didn't like this photo, but what are the rights she has on her own page?

I was able to add another photo.

I tried to reverse the other photo created by Dick Thomas Johnson and I learnt I was breaking wikipedia laws, I apologize, but what is possible consequently? When to remove a photo ? In 10 years ? With a new event ? Never as there is a wikicommon right? This is weird to notice some rights management on a free site, please clarify!

Kind regards
