The result of the move request was: Moved to Montreal Olympic pool. Clear consensus to move, but no agreement with the proposed moved target, whilst there was agreement with this target on grounds that it is a common name. (non-admin closure) FOARP (talk) 15:28, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
Olympic Pool, Montreal → Olympic Pool (Montreal) – Parentheses are used for North American places. 162 etc. (talk) 18:38, 29 July 2024 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). 162 etc. (talk) 21:39, 2 August 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Waqar💬 14:40, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- @162 etc., it purely disambiguates Olympic Pool, Moscow. Are you aware of that? Safari ScribeEdits! Talk! 02:56, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
- I am not suggesting Olympic Pool. 162 etc. (talk) 16:22, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
- @162 etc. The article itself uses Montreal Olympic Pool, which seems to have enough usage in the media to qualify under WP:NATURALDISAMBIGUATION. --Ahecht (TALK

- Why? Support move to Montreal Olympic Pool per Ahecht. Cremastra (talk) 15:20, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
- It doesn't appear that many sources use "Montreal Olympic pool", it seems many more use the construction "Montreal's Olympic pool" (?) Also, regardless of what title this ends up at, pool should be lowercased. see ngrams. ~ F4U (talk • they/it) 07:21, 26 August 2024 (UTC)

- I notice that Olympic Park, Montreal is also incorrectly using comma disambiguation and should move to Olympic Park (Montreal). 162 etc. (talk) 19:36, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

- I don't particularly care about comma vs. parentheses, especially if Montreal articles are consistent themselves, but Ahecht's Montreal Olympic Pool seems the most sensical here so support that. Star Mississippi 00:36, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
