"Ice mines" mention in 1969
editUpon watching Moon Zero Two I noticed Kemp's mentioning "Ice mines" as a resource on the moon. I was surprised at such an early mention. Do we know whether this was just pure speculative fiction that turned out to be true, or were there theories of Lunar water in 1969?
