Where is this place?
editShimbiris is my place of birth. It is in the northwest of Erigavo town. It is a part of Surad Madow. Cal madow is different place in the eastern of Sanaag region. Surud mountain is the general name of the area. This is forest land.

Where is this place? There are sources that say it is in the Karkar Mountains, Al Madow, and the Golis mountains. It's also stated that Surud is a diffrent mountain as well. AcidSnow (talk) 20:50, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
- I believe Shimbiris is in the Al-Madow mountain range [1]. Middayexpress (talk) 19:46, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
- Ok. But some Mountain ranges such as the Karkar Mountains overlap where Al Madow is? I also plan to move this article to Mount Shimbiris, what do you think? AcidSnow (talk) 19:54, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
- I'm not sure how much the ranges overlap. "Mount" does seem to be the norm though (e.g. Mount Etna). Middayexpress (talk) 20:08, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
- Nevermind, what do you think of Cal Madow to "Al Madow" or how about another variation? AcidSnow (talk) 20:22, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
- The latter seems more apt; the former can use the language temp. Middayexpress (talk) 15:34, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
