It Has Been Found

edit

It seems that someone has found the 666 reference in this movie. Well done.--75.55.38.69 (talk) 00:32, 26 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

film delay

edit

this film was made under the studio system so while I understand there was a 6 month delay in Gary Cooper being able to start the project, I don't see how this would have resulted in the 100thousand cost, they would have just made another studio picture in the meantime, also there is no reference for this figure so citation would be neededJKitich (talk) 14:24, 3 August 2008 (UTC)JKitichReply

It was an unprecedented figure but well-documented. FWiW Bzuk (talk) 14:30, 3 August 2008 (UTC).Reply

Riskin

edit

The following information is either contradictory or unclear:

Based on the 1935 short story Opera Hat by Clarence Budington Kelland, which appeared in serial form in The American Magazine, the screenplay was written by Robert Riskin in his fifth collaboration with Frank Capra.[2][3]

This was the seventh of 12 films on which Capra collaborated with screenwriter Robert Riskin, who played a key role in the development of Capra's directorial style.

Was this their fifth collaboration or their seventh? Was Riskin's involvement in two earlier films in a role other then that of screenwriter? 850 C (talk) 03:24, 6 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
