In the 1966 Batman TV series, the character is called Dr. Schivel. The wiki claims his full name to be Dr. Art Schivel. I've checked the citations around the only mention of his name and several transcripts of each of Freeze's appearance in this continuity and can find no mention of this first name. I'm not sure if it was mentioned in a comic, but I cannot find it outside of a few obscure media wikis and this page. The DC wiki itself even claims no first name was ever given.
