A fact from Murder of Raonaid Murray appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 9 September 2009 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:

Background of victim
editWithin the section "Background of victim", the date of birth is given as January 1st. This contradicts the date of birth given at the top of the page as January 6th. Could simply be a typo, however I do not know which date is correct. Does anyone have any sources that would allow this to be corrected? Heylin (talk) 12:49, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
Article name
editShould the article be renames Murder of Raonaid Murray, which is the norm for these types of WP:ONEEVENT's?--brewcrewer (yada, yada) 02:21, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
- I started article as Raonaid Murray (Murder Victim) but I'd have no problem with the proposed rename G
ainLine ♠ ♥ 08:40, 8 September 2009 (UTC)- I'll semi-boldly move the page. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 14:46, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
Hi, I think the article should be swicthed back to Raonaid Murray - yes, its true that her terrible murder is how she came to national prominence, but she was a person who had a 17-year+ life, and she shouldnt be remembered only for her terrible murder. So out of respect to the family, perhaps a title of Raonaid Murray is more appropriate. 95.83.205.222 (talk) 23:11, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
