Is it true that, in his book "the Quark and the Jaguar" Murray Gell-Mann "settles his account" with singer Pete Seeger and mention the experiment of Alain Aspect without naming him ?

Leitmotiv, I believe nobody outside WP talks about it. The New York Times reference in the article has no mention of either Gell-Mann or amnesia. The WP-intern link Gell-Mann amnesia effect goes to M. Chrichton. The content of this effect is thin, and from Crichton alone, who for fun pasted the name of Gell-Mann on it. I took a stab at filling in the citations asked for. I have to go do other stuff now, but the last couple shouldn't be that hard to supply. Also, the organization needs work: the distinction between "career" and "scientific contributions" is not clear. XOR'easter (talk) 21:05, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
