Tracklists
edit@ProtoDrake: I saw your request to WT:VG followed by the removal of the near death experience tracklist. This seems to be going the wrong direction? The VG guidelines discourage tracklists for video game articles because they're often times irrelevant (although not always), but the advantage of a spin-off article is that this is specifically on the albums themselves, and including a tracklist in an album article is fine and expected. To the extent there's policy around it, it's mostly that an album article shouldn't just strictly be a tracklist. I'd say that the nde tracklist should be restored. (I'm sure you saw tracklists for the main OSTs online on Wikia and the like, and I have MP3s of the albums myself, but idk where a "reliable" tracklist is of course, unless citing the album itself is legit and you own the insert. But even if it ends up being inconsistent, better to have some tracklists than none if sourcing is a problem.) SnowFire (talk) 20:58, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
- SnowFire I've restored the NDE tracklist for now. The reason I struck my request is that my previous two music article GAs (M of Parasite Eve and M of FFXV) didn't have track lists. They're also an absolute nightmare to do for me, not my forte at all and terribly fiddly. I considered it, and decided that (A: I was being a little selfish making a request like that and (B: It most likely didn't matter if there were tracklists or not. --ProtoDrake (talk) 21:11, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
- Yeah, if we end up with Some Albums With Tracklists and Some Without, so be it. SnowFire (talk) 23:03, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
