This is a brief description about the famous malayalam novel Muthassi that was written by Cherukad Govinda Pisharody. I think this is one of the classical novels ever written in Malayalam language. This novel portrays the life of common people at the time of indepedence and it describes the hardships faced by various classes of people at that time.
