I used to laugh at the name "Nalusuan" when I was a kid. I'm a Cebuano and I know what root word "loso" means but when I learned that the island was originally named "kalusuan"--it made me laugh the more. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.107.63.20 (talk) 01:19, 28 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, it is originally named kalusuan--not that it's the worst name ever. There's the neighboring island of Caohagan. The name Caohagan is a corruption of the Cebuano word "kauwagan". Drakesketchit (talk) 02:08, 28 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
