It wouldn't be quite consistent with other articles because most follow the maiden-name rule. Elisabeth of Romania was Queen of the Hellenes and a Princess of Romania, while Elisabeth of Bavaria was Empress of Austria and a Duchess in Bavaria. Natalie was born into the Keshko family and keeping the article at its current place would be in favour of consistency. That said, I remain neutral. Surtsicna (talk) 12:07, 6 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Support, we don't follow a "maiden name rule" for all consorts, but simply use the name by which the person is best known, and in this case Google Books seems to confirm that it's Queen Natalie of Serbia (which would be better than the proposed title).--Kotniski (talk) 10:34, 13 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
