The article is split into the current/past situation (DCID), the new legislation (DNA Act), the future situation (NFDD) and advocacy (DNA Project). These recent edits confuse the order of events. I have partially reverted them and am now discussing them in line with Wikipedia's BRD cycle. I have clarified the headings, rearranged the text according to the headings and importantly the sources cited inline for that section, and restored a deleted source. Please do not delete sources or add unsourced material as unsourced material may be removed from the article. It would also be helpful if editors provided an edit summary for each edit.
