The basic eligibility criterion has been changed from this year. Now it is there for VIII class students only from now on. However it will continue for 2 more years for 10th class students as they should also get a chance. So Please check the official site for summary and data and update as required because now its completely outdated....

You have mentioned in the article's NTSE that "Number of scholarships is now being increased to 4000 (from year 2013)". How you can say. What is its source/.
