Against redirecting to Cat Soup
editIn November this page was redirected to the Cat Soup page, the edit justification being it was Nekojiru's most notable work. However, this is not the case - Nekojiru died before it was created, and it merely uses her works as a source material. Nekojiru is a notable manga artist in her own right and this article can easily stand on its own as its own page. I believe it is important, for future generations, that it continues to exist in this form, as it contains a wealth of vital information not just related to Cat Soup but the whole universe of original works from which it was derived. I am open to discussion about this, but I believe my reversion to be sound. Thanks and toodles, LOP DE LOP (talk) 08:24, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
Hyde Fact
editI removed following from page:
Hyde from L'Arc~en~Ciel is a prominent fan of Nekojiru's work
Fact has gone un-cited for many months now, and I feel it's irrelevant. This fact only causes confusion between the rock singers Hyde and Hide. TheScott18 20:23, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
Fair enough, but my only defense is that it was in the original Japanese Wikipedia version of the page. I did try to find a direct source for this, but only found blog postings (in Japanese) mentioning this without sources. TNaran 16:42, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
