Confusion
editI'm lost. This article lists New Providence as having the same area as Nassau, yet 80,000 more residents -- the exact same population as The Bahamas' total (according to the article). Something seems to have slipped through the cracks. – anna 12:08, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
RESIDENTS
The most famous resident of New Providence is the Canadian professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard. Bouchard is a former Wimbledon finalist (she lost to Petra Kvitova in 2014), who was once as once as high as number 5 in the WTA world rankings. She is also a successful model, appearing twice in the annual Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, and a master of social media, with more than a million followers on Twitter. David Kemp 31/01/2019.
