Father Jack and the Vancouver Giants
editI think there is some confusion about the citation for Holden's father and the Vancouver Giants. It says his step-brother, Jack Redlick, played for them (which he did, in 2001–02), but not his father. If I'm reading the right part of the article used for the citation, it says: "...Holden, the latest in a family of rearguards after dad John, one-time Vancouver Giant step-brother Jack Redlick...". It just says his father was a defenceman, not that he played for the Giants. Kaiser matias (talk) 19:29, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Why not. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 00:21, 16 May 2020 (UTC)
- Ref 1 needs capitalization and publisher. Done
- St. Albert should be linked in the lead. Done
- "plumper" Plumber? Done
- Don't think you need to write Canada, the country is implied with the province and city. Done
- You should add
|via=Newspapers.com
for those refs that use it. Done
- Same for NewspaperArchive refs. Done
- Ref 3 has authors. Done
- I assume there is a typo from Ref 3 regard his high school's name. Done
- You can specify that he was a hockey referee. Done
- Link minor ice hockey for bantam. Done
- "without trying out for the team" Trying out for a team. Done
- Here's a desktop site for ref 5. Done
- SJHL should be written out. Done
- "if hockey did not pan out" Maybe expand to "if his hockey career did not pan out"? Done
Continuing tomorrow. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 07:49, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
- "6 foot 3 and weighing 200 pounds" {{convert}} needed. Done

for ref 10.- "Although" WP:EDITORIAL. Done
- Ref 18 has an author. Done
- "He earned his first NHL call up during the 2010–11 season" Don't see this in source. Done
- Ref 20 has an author. Done
- Ref 24 doesn't load any text. Done
- Ref 27 has an author. Done
- Ref 29 too, and the title does not match the one on the site. Done
- "He also led all Avalanche defenceman with three goals and four points in their Western Conference Quarter-final series defeat in the 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs against the Minnesota Wild." Also not in source (the point/assist). Done
- "teammatess" Done
- "Holdan" and "Holdon" Done
- "preventing him from becoming an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2019–20 season." Not in source. Done
- The section just for charity work seems unnecessary. Done
- The lead can always be longer, doesn't seem to have much of his professional career.
That should be it. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 23:00, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
