Malcom McDowall - Evil?

I've seen this film under its alternative title "Train to Hell". It was very bizarre, and I don't understand many of the scenes. At the beginning of the film you see a vision of a young girl walking on a ledge. Another girl is approached by a man in a mask and shown the scene in a mirror. At the end of the film, the lead female's daughter is revealed to be the girl walking on the ledge. Hugh Grant's character sees her on the ledge and rushes to her, just in time to catch her when she slips. Then you see Malcom McDowell watching from a distance away, and the film ends. From what I can gather, the sinister character played by Malcom McDowall was the man who showed the girl the vision, and that girl is the other girl's mother. I don't think he's actually evil at all. You're only led to believe that to set up a plot twist. don't waste your time trying to figure out what is going on in this movie. It's a disaster from beginning to end. The Dobermans in the movie aren't even convincing as dogs.Josh (talk) 22:41, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
