In what sense is this a French film? It's prominently referred to as such in the lede, and on the disambiguation page, but I don't think anyone who'd watched this would come away primarily counting it as French. It's labeled a French film because a reliable source labeled it a French film. This is how we determine whether the nationality, not by looking for French names in the cast and crew.
