Fair use rationale for Image:No reservations.jpg

edit

Image:No reservations.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I just deleted 10 of BetacommandBot's 11 complaints on this page, which are, word for word, the same. I agree with it, of course, that the image needs a fair use rationale; just trying to clear up space. Benjamin.s.quigley (talk) 06:53, 4 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Text in "Plot"

edit

I suspect this section (Plot) of copyright violation because it does not sound like Wikipedia style and is duplicated all around the internet. --Micler (talk) 21:58, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think the violation actually dates back to this version of an article that was later on merged into the one here. I found this source dating 2006-12-27, so I think this is really some sort of official ad text (which would also explain why it's on countless other movie/shop sites by now). Holding out for further judgment, though, especially since I'm not fully sure what version to revert to. The one that was overwritten in this edit, maybe? (And before the question comes up: The longer version that was being inserted there was already featured for example at this July 16, 2007 site for example - apparently this is the full ad text.) --Sid 3050 (talk) 17:14, 21 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
Gone either way so I'm removing this. Sennecaster (Chat) 00:32, 23 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Plot - the therapist

edit

First let me state that the plot is very well written.
How about mentioning the therapy sessions as well? Thanks Kvsh5 (talk) 07:20, 11 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Australian film?

edit

Why is the film on iMDb listet as "Country: USA | Australia"? (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0481141/). Which australian company was involved in the production? The wikipedia-article says instead "Country: United States" and in the first line "American romantic drama film", but on the other hand "This article is within the scope of the Australian cinema task force". So what´s right? I am really confused. --93.133.228.12 (talk) 01:07, 13 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Village Roadshow Pictures is Australian-based. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.180.93.246 (talk) 12:18, 3 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
