Oldsmobile Intrique

edit

I've seen it often misspelled as the Intrique. This could simply be due to the similarity of "g" and "q" in most fonts. Some fonts have little to distinguish them. That's why I prefer Times New Roman, which has a more distinguishable "g".

Why does this link to a car? Intrigue is a word, is it not? Why is there no disambiguation page?

Wikipedia isn't a dictionary, that's why I think "intrigue" is a redirect to this page (but that seems kind of ridiculous, though). If you wanted to look up "intrigue", look on the Wiktionary. --ApolloBoy 01:43, 8 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Stability Control in 2000 -- really?

edit

It would be highly unusual for a U.S. automaker to add optional Stability Control in the 2000 model year. It's an advanced feature; for comparison, the Lexus RX300 and the BMW 3-series didn't get Stability Control until 2002.

If anyone can confirm that it really had Stability Control, let MSN Autos know; they are showing it as Not Available on all three trim lines (the GX, GL, and GLS).

Maybe this was a primitive version of stability control that doesn't have the same capabilities as "modern" Stability Control. 174.24.81.157 (talk) 21:25, 12 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

I can confirm that there was no Stability Control offered in the 2001 Model year - I own the vehicle and have read the owners manual and Factory Service Manual cover to cover. Traction Control & ABS is the only mention. 68.48.239.56 (talk) 14:59, 11 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
