The following coordinate fixes are needed for the neighborhood of Omval in the city Amsterdam. The current coordinates point to somewhere in the city of Alkmaar 40 kilometers north east of Amsterdam.
According to Google, the correct coordinates of Omval are: 52°20′11″N 4°55′8″E / 52.33639°N 4.91889°E

Done. I've adjusted your suggested coordinates a bit. Although they reflect the positioning of the "Omval" label on the Google map (presumably because its positioned over the most-inhabited portion of the neighborhood), a Google Maps search for Omval, as well as the map in the article's infobox, shows that the boundaries of the neighborhood extend some distance to the west and south, comprising some of the area between the Amstel and the S110/A2 highway.
