Fish and wildlife
editThis section says that OSP enforces "laws and ordinances surrounding wildlife," but OSP cannot enforce ordinances. They can only enforce state statutes and federal laws. I suggest we remove the words "and ordinances." Dwight911 (talk) 23:55, 25 December 2016 (UTC)
Images?
editIs there anyone who could provide some images of Oregon State Police? Perhaps some action shots or something? I think that would improve the article a lot, unfortunately, I don't have any such photos. --Tech Nerd 00:48, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Merge of "Recent Changes" Section
editHey, I do not see the real need for a "Recent Changes" section in this article, would anyone object if i removed it and merged it with the History section? Tiptoety 19:06, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
Superintendent Holly V. Holcomb was shot and killed while walking across the Capitol Mall in 1975. While Wikipedia is not a memorial, and I don't condone "fallen officer" sections, this was a significant event in the history of the agency and made national news.
