Chickens?
editThe vandalism of 24.110.184.30 happens to raise an interesting question. There's no "specific" mention of chickens in any statute for the city of Oviedo. However, there is an ordinance declaring the city a sanctuary for birds. I'm not condoning the person who insisted on remarking about the non-existent laws, but he's not necessarily wrong.
- [1]
- § 10-1. Section 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 10 in the city's code of ordinances.
It's not specific, and the date says 1996. I'm not going to chance what the page currently says because i'm not certain, but I did want to bring this to psavage's attention. Mdterp09 (talk) 19:22, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
-There is chickens in downtown Oviedo. That is a well known fact. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.235.220.90 (talk) 06:41, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Stephen Deleonardis
editA novice editor persists in adding Stephen Deleonardis to the list of notable people, even though the assertion is unsourced and the individual doesn't have his own Wikipedia page. I recommend this entry be removed per WP:LISTBIO and WP:V. —Eyer (If you reply, add {{reply to|Eyer}}
to your message to let me know.) 03:13, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
- Eyer, there's no need to start a discussion about removing vandalism. Namecrufting is vandalism. Warm + report to AIV. If the edit source is shifting, report to RPP or drop a note at the following Wikiprojects and ask for support. Thanks. John from Idegon (talk) 07:11, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
- I happened to add him separately and just now noticed this minor edit war. The individual is featured in a number of WP:Reliable sources. I added one by his name from a a leading newspaper in Spain. In addition, I attached a primary source from his entertainment group stating his hometown as Oviedo. He should be good to stay on the list at this point. Regards, HillelFrei• talk • 23:13, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
