Should be British not English, I have seen a lot of arguments Andy Murray is British as he plays for GB in David Cup, whereas Owen Farrell has played for the British and Irish Lions. Thoughts? Faceitengland (talk) 00:45, 26 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Harry Latham-Coyle in The Independent, on 23 January 2024, here, said: "Owen Farrell has now indeed opted to join Racing 92, with the initial rumours coming as a bombshell, the idea of an English player contemplating a move from the Premiership Rugby to the Top 14 did not."
Duchene UK here says: "Owen Farrell is an English professional rugby union player, currently captain of RFU Championship side Saracens and is captain of the England National Team."
The Express, here says: "Owen Farrell is an English rugby union player who has played for Saracens and the England national team."
