The college occasionally uses accented characters to display the college name, but never in printed or online text. The college logo has unaccented characters, the mandatory disclosure document, which one could consider to contain the official name contains unaccented characters. The Goa University college also refers to the college with unaccented characters. A google search for PCCE, Goa doesn't contain any result with accented characters in the first few pages, which indicates that the most commonly used spelling is unaccented, and as per WP:COMMONNAME, this is what we must use as the article title.
