Rewrite request

I believe that this article is in need of a rewrite. Large sections are uncited, it feels like large chunks of information are missing, and a significant portion feels like a did-you-know or resembling travel guide. Many parts of the article focus of a very particular topic. It appears that the article is also largely or completely machine translated from one of the other languages, like Telugu. Due to the low importance of the article along with the fact that the articles for many other similar small regions and the articles for the Pakke-Kessang district in several other languages are simply stubs with a paragraph or so, it would probably be best if the article were rewritten so that it provides enough information about the government and geography until additional non-translated information can be added.
