I have reviewed this article and believe it meets the criteria for a good article as it is well-written, verifiable, broad in coverage, neutral, stable and illustrated.

Since it was last reviewed:

• The Siting section has been moved outside Technology enhancing readability.
• The "Around the World" section now discusses photovoltaic power stations in markets other than Germany.
• An editor has attempted to address the specific points raised by the review.

My specific outstanding concerns about the article are:

• The line "Spain became briefly the largest market, with some 60 solar parks over 10 MW,[7] but these incentives have since been withdrawn." does not have an appropriate citation for the entire statement.
• The "Incentives" section is choppy and may benefit from being reformatted.

Nevertheless, I do not see these as reasons to hold back passing what, on the whole, is a good article.
