That is a lot of brand names for the time period, but it does not belong in the article.

Product Placement

The film is liberally spread with references to or appearances of specific products:

ok then "unusual"

So the article says, " The film was directed by Herbert Ross, which is unusual, as Allen usually directs all his own written work." I tightened up by remove the "which is unusual..." part of the sentence, since a quick look at his filmography shows he's directed about 2/3 of them, which doesn't make Ross being the director particularly unusual; in fact, when he did this movie, he had directed fewer than half of them. I got reverted; I still don't think the phrase is at all necessary. --jpgordon::==( o ) 23:50, 14 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

It's actually very unusual. Out of the dozens of films he's written, Allen has directed all but two of them. - Gothicfilm (talk) 00:07, 15 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Give Woody some definite credit for assisting along the classic statue of this film. When Play It Again, Sam was released, Casablanca wasnt the classic it is now, it was known but no biggie.. Woody's film changed all that.. I know, saw it in theatre (1972?) and thought, felt.. well... "Here's look at you, kid" 68.6.247.71 (talk) 18:28, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
