I don´t believe ambassadors/diplomats should be included as immigrants/residents in Sweden. Their status is very special, also judicially, since they represent their homecountry. I am also unsure if Charles Limerius meets the notability criteria. Being a crime victim normally is not enough for notability, even if the crime is widely covered in media.
