I wrote this based on a short pamphlet handed to me when I visited the CPM, the conversation I had with the person in charge of it at the time, and personal knowledge, plus of course information already contained in other articles. I managed to find the text the provincial decree that turned the police headquarters into the CPM. More references are welcome.
I have prepared a leaflet for the people and visitors of the CPM explaining how to find Wikipedia and get to this article. Maybe this will increase the flow of contributors for Argentine topics, especially those related to the Dirty War. --Pablo D. Flores(Talk)23:07, 20 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
