Reliable sources

edit

There are two articles from IGN listed here. However, the general notability guideline prescribes significant coverage from multiple reliable secondary sources to fully establish notability. Hence, I will leave the notability tag up for right now until more sources come in. MuZemike 22:47, 3 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

More Content Needed

edit

There isn't a lot of information about this game. Obvioulsy, much like the above comment, more sources are also required (Not to mention pictures.)--megamanfan3 (talk) 14:51, 6 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hey guys, I added a picture of a car (Kawana) and plan to add more, but the stupid licensing is giving me a hard time, maybe someone can help me out? I am a community volunteer in the game (gamesage) and am in direct contact with the Game Master and Production Manager. I can easily get permission if I need to. But I don't see why I would need permission. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mianiak (talkcontribs) 17:26, 18 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Update, I think I got it sorted but I would appreciate it if someone could check to make sure I got it right :D —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mianiak (talkcontribs) 17:31, 18 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

"it is the first game of its kind"

edit

Not sure about this statement : is it wrong (what about the now-deceased Motor City Online ?) or does it need more precision (in what way is it the first ?) ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Yyyeeeaaahhh (talkcontribs) 13:48, 19 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

No reference(s), so that words was deleted. --Love Krittaya (talk) 03:20, 19 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Project Torque is a North American version of Level-R. Now Aeria Games blocked non-North-America internet connections to play Project Torque. (ref : http://levelrs-projecttorque.blogspot.com/2009/10/non-north-american-players-ip-ban-from.html )

--Love Krittaya (talk) 10:28, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

The IP Ban was enforced by Invictus, not by Aeria. It was a built-in game code that Aeria had no control over. The official announcement from Invictus is in the original article along with Gamigo's quote of Invictus's statement since Invictus may have removed the IP ban announcement. Article Update

edit

I updated a lot of information about Project Torque such as the Invictus controversy, game modes, and an updated system requirements table. I was wondering if anything more needed to be added to get it a higher status than stub? Hugenhold (talk) 20:45, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Added some reviews and links to those review sites. Also touch up on some of the wording. Hugenhold (talk) 00:09, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
Please note that text like "brings the exciting world" is not really suitable for an encyclopedic article. We are not here to promote a product. Johnuniq (talk) 03:21, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
That was a copy from the AGE Drag race description. It was a place holder I put there because I was interrupted from editing for a while. I forgot about it, and now it has been fixed. Hugenhold (talk) 03:45, 4 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
Well the stub was removed by a bot. Now what I would like to do is to get a proper image on the template, and I can make a screen shot to put somewhere in the middle of the article. Can anyone help me out with the process of uploading the images to where they won't be deleted? Hugenhold (talk) 03:55, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
