In searching "R. V. Khedkar" I find some tantalising references of someone by that name, often with "Dr." as title and sometimes mentioned as a surgeon, regarding his ties to some Indian nobles, debating the Theosophists, books on dreams, etc. There's some really interesting stuff, but some of it is just hard to 100% tie to this individual.
