editThe palace is designed by either by Frederick William Stevens or by his son Charles Frederick Stevens. I am yet to confirm which Stevens one but FWS died in 1900 and his last building was probably built by 1904. It is just a note for future reference.-Nizil (talk) 14:41, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- Finally found the answer here on The Wire. "court houses at Mehsana for the Gaekwads of Baroda." There is no other notable court house building in Mehsana. So it is confirmed.-Nizil (talk) 17:21, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
