The Charles Alexander Hooper page at cliftonrfchistory.co.uk states that "He (Dicky Lockwood) became Chairman of the Rugby League in 1945", all other references state that Dicky Lockwood died in 1915, and so he cannot have been Chairman of the Rugby League in 1945, however a R. Lockwood, of Huddersfield was the Chairmen of the RFL Council from 1945-1946, is he related to Dicky Lockwood? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 19:41, 2 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
