Image:Runaway jury.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The plot outline contains numerous errors

There are many misconceptions in the plot outline, such as "Fitch instructs the attorneys to pick Easter for the pool". There are also problems with e.g. the chronology, such as when the name Jeffrey Kerr is revealed. 1) I corrected sequence: Fitch pays, then get to know that Rohr declined. 2) I am not sure about this, but I think the jury gives "guilty/or not" and the Judge is the one who decides the punishment, payments etc. d-axel (talk) 22:59, 1 April 2011 (UTC)

Small sugestion : the change from tobacco to guns was made because another recent movie already was about tobacco lawsuits : 'The Insider'. If anyone finds some descent sources and info about it, and can put it in words, it would be nice to add. List of Characters needs expansion

I am planning to expand the subheading "List of Characters" by adding detailed information about the characters. For example, Nicholas Easter needs more than just another name that he uses in the movie. I may also edit some of the plot since there appears to be misconceptions. Plot and cast

Luis Guzman!

Luis Guzman has an uncredited role as one of the jurors. Can someone with editing powers add this?
