Scotland Under-19 appearances
editAt Under-19 appearances in the article, it was changed on 3 November 2013 to say he had made 8 appearances. On 7 November 2013 I changed this to 7, as this is the amount the Scottish FA website has listed. I notice now today it has been changed to 8 again. Rather than going and changing it back again, I wanted to see, does anyone have any idea what this 8th match, other than the 7 on the SFA website, is that he has supposedly played in? Confused...
editThe SCP website lists Gauld in their first team, with number 27. However, he plays for the B-team, and match reports for them list him with the number 27, although Sporting's website has another player with 27 on the B-team. I don't know what to do '''tAD''' (talk) 18:10, 8 September 2014 (UTC)
- He's number 27, the B team page on the website is outdated. The player they have listed as 27 there is no longer at the club. Username of a generic kind (talk) 11:59, 9 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you. '''tAD''' (talk) 21:30, 9 September 2014 (UTC)

- Playing style section now added thanks to The Almightey Drill. Jellyman (talk) 21:06, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
- to play for Brechin City Boys Club (later Brechin City Youths) - you mean it was later renamed as?
- United manager Peter Houston praised Gauld after a goalless draw against Ross County in September 2012. - the sudden appearance of this fact is strange. I mean why did he say so? What did he actually say - the quote
- " it was reported" - by whom?
- what was its fate? of the scouting?
- with Gauld playing a big part in the first two goals - how he took a big part?
- "he was shortlisted for the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award." - its followup?
- In the Dundee United section, the seasons are not clearly specified. I mean there should be sentences like "He started the 2012-13 season with" .. etc
- "put into the club's reserve team" - I think you should write B team as people generally refer the youth team as the reserve team (English league system)
- The ref 6 does not mention it is his debut
- The ref 9 does not mention it is his first start
- The last sentence of the Sporting Cp first paragraph should be put earlier.
- Any information about the 15-16 season?
- "but did not play" - source?
- compared to Lionel Messi - since it is a comparison, you should mention who had done it.
