I am not sure about one of the medals worn by Admiral Soni. I have seen photos where he has worn the Operation Vijay Medal and some other photos where he has worn Operation Parakram Medal in its place. However, I have not seen a photo of him wearing both the medals together. I will try and get clarity on this and update the ribbons displayed on the page. VP101 Yes this indeed is weird but not unheard of. There were reports that there is a shortage of medals and thus he could be compensating by using a different medal (seems unlikely for somebody at his position). I would stick with the ribbon aka the Parakram medal for now since that is the most clear and easily visible one. Adamgerber80 (talk) 22:01, 4 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
